This is a beautiful well above average condition Winchester Model 24 in a 16-Gauge Made in 1942, As you can see from the pictures this gun is in 95% condition. It possibly could have been restored in the past, But I believe it to be original. You don't see the 16 gauges in this condition turn up for sale much any more.
