The MEC-GAR 18-round magazine is designed for Glock 17 pistols chambered in 9mm Luger. It uses a heat-treated carbon steel tube with a black anti-friction coating, a high-visibility green polymer follower, and a flush-fit polymer floorplate.

This magazine does not require a magazine catch upgrade. It is not compatible with the Glock 19X pistol, and standard Glock replacement floorplates will not work with this magazine.
